Call for expressions of interest in investing in the Crno BZ

The City of Zadar, founder of the Business Zone Crno, has announced a Public call for expressions of interest in investing in the Crno Business Zone.

Prospective investors will have access to 5 lots, with a total area of 25 hectares equipped with complete communal infrastructure.

The construction and use of the space in the zone are detailed in the Spatial Plan for the Development of the City of Zadar and the Urban Plan for the Development of the Crno Business Zone.

The entire area of the zone covers an area of almost 400 hectares, making it one of the largest business zones in Croatia.

The attractiveness of the zone lies in its excellent transport connectivity and geostrategic location. It is connected to the fast road and highway Zagreb – Zadar – Split, and is only 3 km away from the airport and 4 km away from the seaport of Gaženica. The zone is located near the urban agglomeration of Zadar, a city that is a link between the north and south of Croatia, and a dynamic tourist center.

Investors should be attracted by the incentive measures and facilities that the City of Zadar will define by analyzing the expressed interest and market conditions.
