The InZad incubator is located in the business zone of New Bokanjac. Business incubator building was completed in 2007. With over 1,200 m² of usable surface area, it consists of 18 office spaces of various sizes and purposes (offices, small manufacturing plants), spread over three floors. It is equipped with a lift, compressor station, a conference hall (capacity of cca 30 people), toilets and 2 kitchenettes. Also, it was intended that entrepreneurs receive advice and administrative support. Given the fact that there are other starting entrepreneurs in the same building, their mutual cooperation, complementarity and synergy, should significantly increase the probability of success of their business venture, compared to the entrepreneurs who were not given such an opportunity.
